Move a single unpaid rent or expense item to a new due date without changing future payment schedules or existing financial records in Setli.
Choose Change One Due Date
Open Manage Payment Dates and select Change One Due Date.
This option lets you move one unpaid rent or expense item without changing the tenant’s future payment schedule.
Select the Unpaid Item
Use the filters to find the relevant rent or expense record by property, tenant, room, item type or status.
Select the individual unpaid item you want to update and review its current due date, amount and payment status.
Set and Confirm the New Due Date
Choose the new due date and enter an optional reason for the change.
Review the impact before confirming. Only the selected item is updated, while future payment cycles and other unpaid records remain unchanged.
